Next Gen Construction provides Roof Installation, Exterior Painting, Siding Services, Deck Construction, Flooring Installation, Framing Services, Fence Installation, Remodeling Services and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://generalcontractormurray.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Next Gen Construction or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
As-Is Basis. https://generalcontractormurray.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Next Gen Construction makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Next Gen Construction arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Next Gen Construction harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Choice of Law. UT law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of UT, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Updates. Next Gen Construction reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
